If you don't have land yet, we'll connect you with a list of realtors and show you different lots available. We offer our opinions, but you ultimately decide which land to purchase.
We reach out to architects and show you their pricing, services, and portfolios. While we provide suggestions, you choose the architect and engineers you want to work with.
We present your project to multiple contractors, general contractors (GC), and trades. We negotiate on your behalf and offer our recommendations, but you decide which contractor to hire.
You will receive a project schedule. Payments are transparent—you pay directly to the realtors, landowners, consultants, and contractors, ensuring no hidden fees.
We charge a construction management fee based on a percentage of the project cost for larger projects. For smaller projects, we charge a fixed fee. We use the CCDC (Canadian Construction Document Committee) construction management contract to simplify the process and maintain transparency.
